The Talent Acquisition team manages the recruitment process for staff and Management Personnel Plan (MPP) employees. We provide support and resources to hiring managers, recruitment committees, and department administrative staff to ensure vacant positions are filled with the best candidates in a timely manner.

ODEP manages new employee orientations, the annual Benefits Fair, the Staff Service Celebration, and coordinates the Spartans Stepping Beyond recognition program. ODEP also oversees employee well-being initiatives such as the monthly Well-Being Wednesday and bi-weekly Training Tuesday programing and newsletters. ODEP collaborates with other campus departments and outside vendors on well-being and professional development initiatives.
